I’ve never done Pilates. Can I do it?

Absolutely. Pilates is a low impact complete workout. Everyone is capable of learning to do Pilates in a safe and effective manner. My clients have ranged in age from 16 to 97 years old. All Pilates movements can be modified to meet you where ever you are on your fitness journey.
