Gentle Pilates

If you are new to Pilates or haven’t worked out for a while - or ever - Gentle Pilates is a slower pace with an emphasis on what is referred to as “Pre Pilates”. That means exercises are broken down and taught in a layered sequence. One set of movements for a true beginner, another level goes a bit deeper and so on.

We specialize in helping people who never thought they could do Pilates fall in love with it. They report greater stamina, better balance, more energy - and their cloths fit better!
