Private Sessions
During a private session you have the full attention at all times of the instructor, who will design and teach a class specifically for your goals and capabilities on the day of the session. Our bodies change over time so, as instructors, we are always watching carefully to see what is appropriate in the moment. We build balanced programs that exercise every muscle in the body in each session.
Private sessions are appropriate if you are new to Pilates and want individual attention as well as for those who simply prefer a one-on-one experience.
