Seated Pilates
You can get an amazing workout sitting in a chair. We know because our clients tell us that they are feeling muscles they’ve not felt before and they see the results of doing Pilates in their daily lives.
Seated Pilates is for anyone and especially for those who getting on the floor is either uncomfortable or unattainable at this time. During a session the entire body gets a workout - lengthening and strengthening all the muscles. This is especially important for people with limited mobility.
One of our beloved clients, who uses a walker, said he was able to reach his upper kitchen cabinets more easily because, through Pilates, he is now able to straighten his legs. Now that’s a win!
