Small Group Pilates

Our small group classes are fun and engaging. During each session you will work all your muscles for a balanced, lengthened and strengthened body.

Our clients tell us they love the motivation they get from having a regular Pilates schedule with instructors who know them. Also, there is a sense of camaraderie that develops between class participants over time. Especially now, during COVID, clients tell us that doing Pilates regularly is helping to reduced their sense of isolation.

One of our clients recently said that she’s actually gotten in better shape during 2020/21 than before due to Pilates.
